Overview
Open Agents, Presentations to see every presentation for the selected client. The list and each open presentation share one page: All presentations is the first item in the left sidebar. Each presentation keeps its own saved versions, published version, share link and Performance report. Original sales deck appears when the client has versions of the original deck. Archive presentations you no longer use to keep the list short; they move to Archived and keep their share links. Opening a presentation shows its name with Chat, Preview and Performance in the sidebar under All presentations, and it opens on Preview. You design and change a presentation by describing what you want in Chat; Preview is where you review saved versions and publish one. Inbound access is required.
How to use this page
Select the client
If you work across clients, choose the client in the sidebar first. The library shows only that client's presentations.
Review the library
All presentations is selected in the sidebar. Current shows the presentations in use and Archived shows the ones put away, each with a count. Each row shows the Name, Status (Published or Draft), Versions (such as 2 versions), Updated date (in your own time zone) and Actions. Select a name or Open to edit it, or View live to open a published presentation in a new tab. On a phone, each presentation shows as a card with its versions and Updated date under the name, and Open and View live as links below.
Create a presentation
Select New presentation and enter a Name. Short name fills in from it using lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens; to change it, or to add Audience and purpose (who it is for and what it should help them understand), open More options. Select Create presentation. It is created as a private draft with its own share link, no website required, and opens on Chat so you can describe the design. Cancel closes the form.
Archive or restore a presentation
Select Archive on a row to move it to Archived. It keeps its versions, and a published presentation stays live at its share link. To bring it back, select Archived, then Restore on its row. If the presentation changed since you loaded the page, refresh and try again. Archiving and restoring need a Client Admin for the selected client or an authorized SalesHive administrator.
Share from your own custom domain
Above Current and Archived, select Add custom domain, enter a subdomain of your website such as content.yourcompany.com (not your main website address), and select Connect. While it shows Setting up, add the CNAME record shown where your domain's DNS is managed; if you use Cloudflare, set it to DNS only. The address is checked each time you open the library, or select Check now. Once it shows Live, each published presentation is at your address followed by its short name. Select Manage, then Remove address to disconnect it. Connecting and removing need a Client Admin for the selected client or a SalesHive user; other client users only see the address once it is connected.
Design it in Chat
Choose Chat in the sidebar, or select Edit with chat or Start designing on Preview. Under What would you like to change?, describe the change you want, such as a new layout, different typography, your own colors or a complete redesign, and select Send. You can attach a design reference. Chat opens on a fresh conversation each time you visit; a conversation is saved in Projects once you send it, and Open in Projects at the top reopens it there. New chat starts another fresh one. The agent saves its work as a new draft version and does not publish unless you ask.
Review a saved version
Choose Preview. The toolbar sits above the preview, which fills the rest of the screen so the whole slide shows. Pick a version in the Saved version menu, which shows each version's name, Draft or Published and when it was saved. Select the refresh icon beside it after the agent saves a change. Use the Desktop, Tablet and Phone icons to see how the slides fit each screen, or the open-in-new-tab icon to view it in a new tab. The More options (three dots) menu holds Copy to new draft, any existing Google Slides export, and Private speaker notes when the slides have them. Preview visits do not count toward Performance.
Change the slide dimensions
In the Slide dimensions menu on the preview toolbar, choose Widescreen 16:9, Wide 16:10 or Standard 4:3. The new size is saved as a new draft copy of the selected version, which then opens in Preview; the original version and the share link do not change until you publish the draft. Review every slide, then publish it. Changing dimensions needs a Client Admin for the selected client or an authorized SalesHive administrator.
Publish a version
With the version you want selected, select Publish and confirm Publish. That exact version then appears at the presentation's share link, the button reads Published, and earlier versions stay in history. To make an editable copy of the selected version without changing the original, open More options (three dots) and select Copy to new draft. Publishing and copying need a Client Admin for the selected client or an authorized SalesHive administrator.
Check how often it is opened
Open a presentation and select Performance. Choose 7, 28 or 90 days. Presentation opens counts public page loads across this presentation's published versions, and Recent opens lists the latest 20 opens in UTC. Opens are anonymous page loads, not unique people, and reloads count again.
Return to the library
Select All presentations at the top of the sidebar. On a narrow window or phone, the sidebar becomes a section menu beside Presentations; All presentations is the first choice in it.
